Bad Ban

I've been banned 5 days by exodium, and i'm really really not agree with this ban.
I was in a game, and i saw a magician who used a glitch with fast respawn near of goblins.
I'm a spartan warrior, so i can't use this glitch, and exodium banned me because of that ... Maybe he had got a problem with the name of players, but i'm not a cheater, and i'm not using glitches.
I really don't understand why i've been banned, i didn't do anything of bad, so i want to turn off this ban, or explain me WHY i've been banned please.
