From now on, we will not be accepting ANY hacker reports without a /whois. This means when you see hackers and wish to report them, we require you to have a /whois or /whereis <playername> VISIBLE, so we can be confident this player is not spoofing. Our reason for this is too many people are being banned, who are not at fault because people have been spoofing names. Thank you for your cooperation.

This will also go for _any_ reporting.
You report someone, make sure you have a /whois of them in the screenshot.

Why not you just request the player's ping instead?
Note:by typing /ping

Because it's easier to do this way. /whois <playerX> tells us whether or not that player is actually the player in question, and not someone spoofing their name.
